Leuchtturm1917 Whitelines Hardcover Medium Ruled Notebook Black

Great notebook - but the headline says "Leuchtturm1917 Whitelines Hardcover Medium Ruled Notebook Black" and it is actually the master size. The headline is wrong, the measurements are right!

Arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The journal itself is of excellent quality and ink does not bleed through the pages. Especially useful was the numbering of the pages and the room at the beginning to make an index. It is easy to find things in the journal, even months later!

Very disappointing. I have another Leuchtturm notebook which is excellent, and thought that the ability to scan handwritten notes into Evernote which was the way to indulge my twin addictions to fountain pens and iPads.But this paper is simply useless for fountain pens - especially for the geekier user (hello) who likes trying different types of ink. This paper feathers and allows bleed through. I guess they've assumed that the sort of 22nd century mind that organises his notes in an electronic device will use a Pilot V5 or something. Well no - there are plenty of crossover freaks like me, and anyone spending £13 on a notebook is not likely to be using a biro, so do some better market research!I'm rather annoyed, as there is no indication in any of the descriptions that this is anything other than the standard, excellent Leuchtturm paper which my other notebook has.Back to Rhodia, Clairefontaine, and possible even trad Leuchtturm in spite of this.Have learnt one useful thing though - Evernote has a scan document function which if used carefully, captures a page of handwritten notes perfectly adequately. The ability to search through scanned docs is apparently mitigated by black lines, according to the blurb on the Whitelines App website that persuaded me to try this system. But as I prefer using pale dotted paper, I don't anticipate a problem with that. And it's nice knowing that I can scan handwritten notes and diagrams into Evernote without having to make sure I have fancy paper with me.

Das Notizbuch hat die Größe DIN A4+, aufgrund der sehr weit von den Schnittkanten entfernten Passer-Marken erhält man bei Nutzung der Whitelines Funktion des Scannens mit dem Smartphone nur DIN A4-- und einen fast 3cm breiten Rand Saum.So nutze ich jetzt einen DIN A3 Scanner/Kopierer zum Digitalisieren und habe wirklich DIN A4+ um meine Ideen aufzumalen. Bei richtiger Wahl der Beleuchtungsstärke verschwinden der graue Hintergrund und die weißen Punkte vollständig. Die Funktionalität der App gehen natürlich vollständig verloren.Als letzter Wehrmutstropfen muss noch erwähnt werden, dass die Seitenzahlen sind kaum lesbar sind. Insgesamt kann ich mit dem Notizbuch genau das machen, was ich brauche: Dokumentenechte, handschriftliche Protokolle, die man einfach digitalisieren und damit archivieren kann, jedoch ohne die Leichtigkeit, die das Produkt verspricht.

Until now a fan of moleskine , but now a convert the paper is so much better and ink does not bleed through . So impressed looking a the diary . Even given that I have a moleskeine 2016 diary

Perfect, lovely quality paper, and the capacity to use the app to transfer pages electronically. Great mix of old and new tech.

Good quality cover and paper. I bought this as a present to give away but it was very nice and I would like one myself.
