If its priced right buy it, as long as u don't mind patronizing the miracle gro company. This stuff is way better than miracle gro. The complaints about White mold are from people that know nothing. 99.99% of the time you see white fuzzies on or in your soil it is a sign of healthy soil which contains millions of beneficial microscopic life forms including a fungus which will grow fuzzy white patches. These guys are literally complaining about a good thing.

This soil is very dark and rich. My seeds all sprouted very quickly. I am having some trouble regulating the moisture (They seem to go from fine to really dry very quickly) but overall it's working and my seedlings are growing happily.I did not have a problem with dirt gnats, but I had them from another soil and they destroyed my plants. I would buy this again but I will be sterilizing it before use just in case.

Some peat and compost, but a very high percentage of woody cellulose material. Plants seem to like it though, and I buy a bag or two for container plantings. Price on Amazon tends to fluctuate, so watch for a good price or just buy it locally.

Originally bought this organic soil to use for my kitten's cat plant. For a cat plant, you truly need it to be organic (fertilizer-free) so if it's accidentally ingested, it's safe for the animal. I definitely recommend this bag of soil because it's so inexpensive for the amount you get! It was a much bigger bag than I thought, so I'm happy! The soil feels moist and of great quality. My cat plant grows to its full height of 5" within days.

I bought a 32 quart bag, it was suggested by the company where I bought my seeds to grow my own tortoise food. I wanted a natural organic mix, Didn't see the, with water conserve until after I had received it. Would not have purchased it if I had seen that before hand. It holds water like a sponge. That may be good for hot dry areas but for me it just attracted fungus gnats that destroyed my seedlings and plants, even when watering lightly with a spray bottle. I did not like this mix at all!!

I have notice some plant flies from potting mix. It has helped my plants to grow, I usually kill plants.

WONDERFUL PRODUCT! I will be purchasing about 40 more bags this spring. I mix it with composted horse manure and our own soil to extend the product. Our soil is heavy clay and Nature's Care soil keeps it from compacting. I love this product!

A lot for what you pay for. I will buy again. Oh, and I loved how they packed them. Yep, I will buy again as long as price stays reasonable (and because I liked the way it was packaged).
