Foremost 327701 Modular Large Open Cube Storage System, White

This peice is nice, simple, and sturdy. It's very simple and minimalistic. I placed it amoung other peices and put my 32 in on top. Ill be making a hole in the back for cables for my other devices. Couldn't of took more than 10 mins to put together and some of that is looking for the tools in the house lol Great buy for small or large spaces.Small update: The other two peices arrived. One in perfect condition, the other with chips in the wood I was able to hide. I stacked them and attached them to each other in the back using the brackets that were included. Final product looks great and is very sturdy. Great purchase for someone with limited space or budget.

I was looking all over the place for a vinyl record holder. These cubes work nicely for that. I purchased a white cube and a black cube and stacked them on top of each other. I fit around 130 vinyls in each! They were super easy to assemble. I only needed a philips screwdriver to put them together. I am very pleased and happy with this product. You can add the cubes front to back, or top to bottom. It comes with hardware to link the cubes together. I will be purchasing more of these cubes in the future. They can be used for many purposes, but they work best as cheap vinyl record holders which look nice and match the decor in your home. I highly recommend this product.

I was looking for a way to create a large LEGO table area for my toddler while incorporating some type of storage. Ultimately I decided on going with modular storage cubes to make the most of the area we wanted to place it without spending a ton of money I chose the Foremost brand storage cubes based on overall rating, size (15x15" or 15x30"), they were one of the only brands that offered a true black instead of espresso (his room is batman/Gotham city themed so we really needed black), and also price point. All of the cubes arrived with their pieces undamaged. You do have to assemble them, but assembly is pretty straight forward, they are mostly held together with wooden pegs and a few screws. Once assembled they seem sturdy and do not flex from side to side if you put weight on them. Included with the hardware were also extra pieces to securely connect the cubes together either side by side or on top of each other. I placed custom cut 1/4" MDF sheets on the very top of these so I had a surface to paint, I wanted to paint a runway for the airport, a lake, rocks/dirt around the train tracks, and lines on the "roads" in between the large lego bases. Overall we are very happy with the end result and would recommend these.

I have many of these in different styles and end up getting more from time to time.Exactly the right sizes, easy to assemble, light weight, very flexible - yesterday in the office; tomorrow in the clothes; now a plant stand. Cubes, open or with doors, are better buys than drawers for office; drawers good for clothes and small stuff - don't hold as much as cubes. The modulars make a good base for an office desk, bookcases, extra shelves/drawers in a closet, room dividers, under-window plant stands, etc and you can re-purpose them all the time since they are light and easy to move around. Not sturdy enough for the base of a bed or anything else that you might sit or stand on but otherwise multi-purpose.Not prefect quality - some times edges don't quite match etc., don't always stand up 100% to major abuse. I'd prefer "real" material like wood BUT it's the best buy for the money and function.Use an electric screwdriver for assembly and you'll be done in no time. Use sticky-backed velco to quickly attach/unattach stacked units.

I bought these stacking storage cubes for my vinyl record collection and they do the job perfectly! They weren't too difficult to assemble and they look pretty nice! I have a divided unit on the bottom, this one in the middle and an individual cube on the top left. It looks nice and each single cube seems like it will hold 100+ LPs. I have a fairly small collection, though it is growing rapidly, so I've drilled a small hole in the back of the middle cube and placed my turntable there, with the cable feeding through the back of the unit. I think it looks great! I definitely recommend these storage units to fellow vinyl collectors, but they could also be use for so many other things: The garage, toy organization, a classroom, a TV stand, a nightstand...so many uses!

These are a decent product for the price. Pros: individual pieces are lightweight and easy to handle, they’re modular which makes them versatile and easier to arrange if you’re working by yourself, they’re easy to assemble without help, they’re deeper than a standard bookcase. Cons: Some of them arrived with nicks and chips which I had to touch up with black paint; one was missing the small wooden pins that keep the units lined up when stacked.

This thing had pretty good reviews, so I was surprised when I got it and started to try to put it together and realized that it is terrible quality. I've done a lot of put-together furniture projects and this is by far the worst. The back is not the same fiberboard as the rest just a thing piece of almost cardboard-like material that slides into the grooves for the back. The grooves weren't cut correctly so this piece didn't fit at all. Not even close. Also, the white laminate was chipped and scuffed on the side of one of the boards. I can't put this in my house - it is the worst. I'll have the shop for something else online or maybe go to IKEA to look for a better option. I bought 3 cubes and the long open rectangle so I'll be returning a lot. Bottom line, don't waste your money - it's garbage.
