I bought this to use as a makeup remover. I have combo dry/oily skin that's acne and clog prone. My normal micellar water is really drying so when I used that up I decided to try something new, and I ended up trying this, because I like freemans products, and I'm a sucker for gimmicks (probiotics)I normally wear waterproof mascara and "budge proof" foundation. Most makeup removers get rid of both just fine, while my facial cleanser just smears the mascara around.This micellar water smells like rose water, the smell isn't overpowering, it's very light and soft, not perfumeyIt's really...watery and easy to pour onto a cotton round, or pour into palms.The spout top is a little longer on the bottom so it doesn't glug or splash everywhereIt gets rid of my makeup really well. I usually use two cotton rounds or two palm fulls to completely get rid of my eye makeup. It does not melt away my makeup as well as my other cleansing water. You do have to rub it in a little to get the mascara to emulsify, but once it does, you can rinse or pat your face dryAlthough it doesn't clean my face as fast, this cleanser is much more gentle and not drying at all. My face feels soft and hydrated after cleaningI have only not used a foaming cleanser once after using this, when I was feeling lazy. I didn't have any breakouts but my pores did look a little bigger, other than that my skin wasn't any more dry or irritatedI have use to "prep" for a mask (cleaned my face with this, didn't rinse, then applied mask), I didn't notice any extra benefits versus just using the maskOverall I would buy againPros: Gentle, doesn't irritate my sensitive skinDoes remove waterproof eye makeup and foundationSmells really nice, like rosewaterIngredient list is greatCons: Needs a little work to completely remove makeupPretty sure the probiotics in it are a gimmick

I have been using this product for over a year now. Works great on my combo dry/oily skin. I usually use it morning and night. Its refreshing and leaves my skin feeling clean and smooth. I always follow up with a moisturizer and my skin had gotten so much better.
