I've worn knee braces and traditional hard knee pads over 38 years riding. These are literally the best, most comfortable ones yet! Wish I wasn't so late to the game but I had my reservations. I was wrong.

I had the previous version of the TP 199 knee guard and after 10+ years of riding, racing and snowmobiling with them they are getting pretty worn out. The new version is even better. Hopefully they last as long.They are a bit warmer as they wrap around completely but they stay put and I don’t even notice them after the first turn.

x-large sizes is more like med-large. I could not get them pass my calf's. They look to be of good material. They are designed for smaller people. I sold mine at a loss to a friend that is smaller in stature. I wished that I could have tried them out. So I give them a three stars review.

I got a pair of the L/XL knee pads at the end of the October 2019. After 2 months of wear, I came home and removed my knee pads when I noticed the right one was tore apart right at the seam below the logo. It looks like when it was sewn the top piece of fabric wasn't down far enough just catching the edge of it with the thread. I contacted EVS customer support about the issue with some pictures. They were very quick to respond even around the holidays, and sent me a new pair of pads without question, or even making me return the old pads.The pads them self are very comfortable, and provide nice protection without feeling bulky like some other pads. My only complaints would be that they are rather warm, and the fabric bunched up around the back of the knee slightly. A slight cut out would definitely be nice, but not a deal breaker for me at all. Overall I would purchase them again, thanks EVS for the great support!

Very comfortable. I have big thighs and so it’s hard to find comfortable pads. They also stay up nicely.

Thought they were split into two separate pieces but I was wrong tried them out then cut the tabs off to make them separate and I can wear them together or separate! Works amazingly still! Recommended!

At 6'3" 280 they don't fit my legs though they were exactly what I was looking for to help my knees tt racing
