So far so good
I've been taking these for 3 days now and I have not been crashing in the afternoon like I normally do. I take 3 in the morning AFTER breakfast. Today I messed up and didn't eat, and that was a HUGE (yet obvious) mistake. I felt awful about 45 minutes later. I'm feeling much better after eating now though. That's kind of a given with a vitamin supplement though. Overall I feel great when taking these (properly!). There is no flavor that I notice, which is a wonderful change from my old vitamins which nearly made me gag from the aftertaste.

Great For Highly Active Women
Favorite multi over GNC or anything else. The ingredients are of high quality and great for active individuals. I workout 6 days a week and do everything from weight lifting, cardio, HIIT, and hot yoga. I can always feel a difference on the seldom days I miss taking these. It’s also appreciated as a prime member that I can get free shipping on these as opposed to buying them on bodybuilding where there’s a minimum requirement.

Ok for nutrients but maybe not powerlifting women.
Only reason I give it 4 stars is because the regular men/women’s multivitamin that’s the same price has way more nutrients in it.

Do not recommend based on taste and upset stomach.
If I took more than 2 pills (without eating 1st) I would feel like getting sick within 20 mins of taking them. If I took 3 pills it was guaranteed I would be sick. Also super hard to swallow, so definitely had to take with milk. Started taking a different one with no issues.
